Our Experience On The SCA Site
The Sydney College of the Arts has been hiring out marquee sites at Rozelle for many years and Walkers Party Hire has been privileged to supply marquees, dance floors, tables, chairs and full dinner settings for many weddings.
We can supply hire equipment for two main sites at the venue, one inside the walls of the college and one outside. Both are excellent locations. The outside location is able to fit larger marquees. The photo above is outside the college walls and the one below is inside.
Marquees built inside the college walls are restricted to a maximum size of 10×21 metres if additional space is required we have added a 6×9 marquee as an annexure and dance floor area.
Because of our experience and our ability to adapt to any situation we have been able to solve problems for specific sites.
Facilities At The SCA Gallery Location

The SCA also offers a professional kitchen for use by your caterer and Walkers Party Hire can recommend mouth watering caterers experienced with this location.
The old buildings offer toilet facilities and a bride’s room for changing purposes with wide sweeping verandas for guest canapés and drinks.
There is plenty of car parking with a carpark adjacent to the outside lawn area with a capacity for 100 cars. Cool rooms can be neatly located on a pathway close to the kitchen or lawn area. Site security is provided on site with regular patrols around the perimeter of the venue, however, this is not comprehensive security and marquees outside the wall may require additional patrols.
This is an excellent venue fairly priced to hold your wedding or corporate event, the open space of the adjoining park offers photographic sites and space for sporting activities, with close proximity to the city accommodation, is easily at hand.
