The hire period is the time we allow for the hire equipment to be allocated for use by the hirer.
Even though the hirer may require the goods for one specific event lasting only a matter of hours we allow time for transport and setup of the equipment in the most economical way possible.
Therefore if your event is on a weekend we allow for delivery on the Thursday/Friday and pickup on Monday/Tuesday, this allows time for transport and time for you to setup your equipment.
If your event is mid week we allow delivery 1-2 days prior to the event and 1-2 days after the event.
All of these time periods are subject to equipment availability and transport availability and may vary depending on circumstances.
Equipment hire for longer periods are subject to additional charges which is available when you contact our office.
